Audition Toolkit is designed with one goal: to empower creators without compromising their privacy. We believe your music, your recordings, and your creative expressions are yours alone. Our app is built to process most features entirely offline, directly on your device, ensuring you remain in control of your data.
Most audio processing in Audition Toolkit happens entirely on your device — including 🎙️ voice changing, 🎼 merging, ✨ enhancing, ✂️ cutting, and 🔄 reversing. We do not collect or store your audio files for these features.
⚠️ The 🎤 Karaoke feature requires uploading your selected audio to our private 🏢 Quantalept server for advanced processing. Because this involves sending audio to our servers, we ask for your birth year before you can use this feature. Users under 13 are not permitted to use Karaoke, but all other features remain fully available to them. Once your karaoke output is generated and returned to your device, the uploaded file is 🗑️ immediately and permanently deleted from our server.
To enable features such as purchase verification, karaoke processing, and in-app support, the app generates an anonymous installation ID (a randomly generated identifier) on first launch. This ID does not contain your name, email, or any other personal information. It is used solely to associate your in-app purchases and karaoke credits with your device, and is never shared with advertising networks.
Audition Toolkit uses 🔥 Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used in aggregate. This includes events such as app session starts, feature usage, and in-app purchase activity. Ad personalisation and advertising ID collection are disabled — analytics data is used solely to improve the app and is never used for ad targeting. Firebase Analytics is provided by Google and operates under Google's Privacy Policy.
We also use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect and report app crashes. Crash reports may include device model, OS version, and a stack trace, but do not include your audio files or personal content. This data helps us fix bugs and improve stability.
Usage counts for individual features are tracked locally on your device to enforce daily usage limits for free-tier users. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Our secure deletion policy ensures that once your karaoke output is returned to your device, no trace of your audio file remains on our servers. Your anonymous installation ID is stored in a private file on your device and is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers.
Audition Toolkit is designed for users of all ages. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
We may update this policy to reflect improvements in our app and security practices. Any significant changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
