By downloading, installing, or using Audition Toolkit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Audition Toolkit allows users to edit, enhance, record, and transform audio files. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
You also agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
Most features of Audition Toolkit operate entirely offline on your device. The only exception is the 🎤 Karaoke feature, which uploads your selected audio to our secure 🏢 Quantalept server for processing. The uploaded file is immediately deleted once processing is complete.
By using the Karaoke feature, you consent to this temporary data transfer.
Audition Toolkit uses Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used in aggregate, and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix app crashes. These services are provided by Google. Ad personalisation and advertising ID collection are disabled — data collected is used solely to improve the app and is never used for ad targeting or user profiling.
We also use Firebase Cloud Messaging to notify you when your Karaoke file has finished processing. By using the Karaoke feature, you agree to the use of push notifications for this purpose.
By using purchase-related features, you agree to allow the app to store minimal, non-personal data necessary for maintaining your Pro entitlements and karaoke credits.
The 🎤 Karaoke feature is only available to users aged 13 and over, as it involves uploading audio to our servers. Before accessing Karaoke for the first time, you will be asked to provide your birth year. This information is stored only on your device.
Users under 13 may use all other features of the App freely. By providing your birth year, you confirm it is accurate.

We may introduce new features, fix issues, or modify existing functionalities. Updates may be mandatory to continue using certain services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
Audition Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
Audition Toolkit integrates the following third-party services to deliver core functionality:
None of these services are used for advertising or selling your data to third parties.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms, attempt to compromise server security, or misuse features in harmful ways.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted within the App, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
